2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's Current Account No. 351005000014 maintained with ICICI Bank, Raipur Road Branch.
3. Vide order dated 04.06.2026, the petitioner was directed to take steps for service upon respondent no. 2–Bank. In addition to service through the ordinary mode, liberty was also granted to the petitioner to effect Dasti service upon the said respondent.
4. Today, Mrs. Monika Pant, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2– Bank, submits that the aforesaid bank account of the petitioner has already been de-frozen on 08.06.2026 and is presently operational.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the account was de-frozen only after service of notice issued by this Court upon the respondent-Bank.
6. Be that as it may, in view of the statement made on behalf of respondent no.2 that the petitioner's bank account has already been de-frozen and the relief sought
2026:UHC:4633 in the present writ petition stands satisfied, no further cause of action survives for adjudication in the matter.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and is, therefore, dismissed as such.
