Learned advocate for the State submits that from the house of the present petitioner more than 300 gm of heroine were recovered and some of the accused persons are still absconding. Having considered the quantum of seizure, I am of the view that, at this stage, it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. 2 However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses is over. Learned trial court, if required, would split up the trial of the case. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 302 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
