When the writ petition came up for admission, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal representing Ms.E.Ranganayaki has produced instructions received from the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the first respondent herein, that only after furnishing of the documents, 87 surcharge proceeding will be proceeded further.
