ORDER:
Questioning the action of the respondent authorities in issuing and continuing the Look Out Circular (LOC), dated 18.12.2024, against the petitioner at the instance of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in connection with Crime No.133 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024 registered at Pullampeta Police Station, Pullampeta Mandal, Annamayya District, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Heard Sri P.Aditya Harsha Vardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. M.Uma Devi, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.18151 of 2026 has already dealt with a similar issue involved in this case, and as such, prayed to consider the present case on the same lines.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the facts of the present case and the facts in W.P.No.18151 of 2026 are the same, and as such, prayed to pass similar orders in this writ petition.
5. Taking their submissions into consideration, as this Court has already dealt with the same issue and passed orders, this Court is

inclined to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18151 of 2026 dated 08.07.2026.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
7. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
8. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.18151 of 2026 dated 08.07.2026, to this order.
