Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and the fact that the petitioner is having bad antecedents, this Court is of the view that, at this stage, if the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelihood of his indulging in similar activities. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.” 3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
