G.P. for Finance Planning The Court made the following: 2 W.P.No.7065 of 2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the gross amount of Rs.14,99,903/- for the work executed by the petitioner in pursuance of the agreement No.177/2023-24, dated 08.11.2023 as wholly illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to declare that the petitioner is entitled to release of the said amount. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested to close the writ petition as the said claimed amount was paid to the petitioner. 3. A copy of written instructions of the respondent No.2, vide Lr.No.7065/2026-1, dated 10.04.2026, was placed on record, reporting payment of claimed amount vide bill Id.No.2025-544793 and that the bill was cleared today i.e., 10.04.2026. 4. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
