The State of Jharkhand .......... Opposite Party(s) ….... CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR For the Petitioner : Mr. Vishal Kr. Rai, Advocate For the State : Mr. Ajay Kumar Pathak, A.P.P. 03/17.04.2026 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 19.05.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 112 of 2025 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 69 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 18,21(a), 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Khunti. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. along with its enclosures have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. It appears that earlier the bail application of the applicant being B.A. No. 8437 of 2025 has been rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 25.09.2025. The new ground for renewal of the prayer for bail is that co-accused namely Arjun Purti from whom recovery has been made, has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 9217 of 2025 vide order dated 17.10.2025. It has been further submitted that the prosecution evidence is complete but the case is pending awaiting FSL report. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. 7. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S. 2026:JHHC:11026 2 B.A. No. 1957 of 2026 Case No. 112 of 2025 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 69 of 2025 , subject to condition that the applicant(s) will submit self-attested photocopy/photocopies of his/her/their Aadhaar Card(s) and also submit his/her/their mobile number(s) before the learned trial court which he/she/they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
