[3] Taking into account the above, this Court impleads both the opposite parties herein as respondent Nos. 5 & 6 to the accompanying contempt application. [4] The counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days and the Registry shall on the basis of the said memo of parties and the present order make necessary changes in the cause-title of the accompanying contempt application and update the same in the CIS.
