The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to transfer the petitioner from the State of Chhattisgarh back to his original State i.e Chatarpur (Madhya Pradesh) in view of the Inter State Transfer, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities to take a decision in this matter at the earliest available opportunity in a time bound manner. 10.3 That, any other relief, in light of the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favor of the petitioner.” 2. The petitioner was appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III in the State of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1999, and his services were transferred to the State of Chhattisgarh vide order dated 01.09.2007. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 24.09.2016 before the respondent No.2 to transfer his services back to the State of Madhya Pradesh, but till date no decision has been taken. 3 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and submit that the order dated 01.09.2007 has already been executed, and at present, the petitioner is working within the State of Chhattisgarh. They would further submit that by efflux of time, this petition has rendered infructuous. 5. Heard. 6. Taking into consideration the fact that the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.09.2016 is still pending consideration before respondent No. 2, at this juncture, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 24.09.2016 expeditiously. 7.
