Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking note of the fact that notice has not been served to the 1st respondent / 1st defendant so far and now only the applicants came to know about the correct address of the 1st defendant, viz., “No.15/8, Sundaram Mudali Street, Kondithope, 5th Street / Lane, Kondithope, VOC Nagar, Chennai – 79, and since the correct address has to be mentioned in the plaint, this application is allowed.
