Mr. Dinesh Gahatori, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned State counsel. 3. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.06.2026 directed the State counsel to produce before this Court the register up to March 2026. 4. Today Mr. Geeta Ram Nautiyal, Chief Assistant in the Office of Child Development and Nutrition, Block-Naugaon, District-Uttarkashi, is present before this Court along with attendance register which contains attendance upto the Month of March, 2026. 5. From perusal of the register, it is reflected that the petitioner worked with the respondent-Department till 31.12.2025. 6. By the interim order, respondent was directed not to disturb the petitioner from his service, but the order was passed on 20.02.2026 while the petitioner is not serving with the respondent-Department, as per attendance Register w.e.f. 31.12.2025. 7. In such view of the matter, no contempt is made out. 8. Accordingly contempt petition is hereby rejected. 9. Petitioner may prove his case in the writ petition. 10. Personal presence of Mr. Geeta Ram Nautiyal, Chief Assistant, Block-Naugaon, District-Uttarkashi, is hereby exempted. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 10.06.2026 SK
