By filing the instant writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jaipur Metropolitan-I on an application filed by them under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter is to be referred to as ‘the Act of 1996’). 3. As per the provision of Section 37(1)(b) of the Act of 1996, the order passed on application under Section 9 of the Act of 1996 granting or refusing to grant any measure, a person aggrieved can prefer an appeal. 4. Since the petitioners are having an alternative statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to exercise its writ jurisdiction unless the petitioners first avail the alternative statutory remedy of appeal. 5.
