The revision petitioner, who is the landlord, filed RLTOP No.5 of 2024 for eviction proceedings against the respondent. But so far the respondent / tenant has not filed any counter and also not paying rent, though he being an advocate. According to the revision petitioner, as on date Rs.2,00,000/- is due from the respondent, with arrears. 3. In the light of the above, the trial court is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
