Already, the applicants’ side evidence was closed, however, they failed to examine any witness to identify the signature of testator and attestors. Since both the attesting witnesses are no more, the applicants would intend to examine the signatures of the testator and attestors to the Will, therefore, filed this application. 2. There is no respondent in this application. 3.
