An allegation that a temple has been constructed on the pathway is required to be duly verified upon survey and appropriate decision has to be taken, if the allegation is found correct. A representation was made on 20.11.2024 by the petitioner. We direct the District Collector of Kallakurichi District to cause an enquiry and survey made through the Tahsildar concerned.
