GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Petitioner is aggrieved by the in action on the part of the respondent authorities in laying drainage pipeline along with the boundary of the petitioner’s house. It is submitted that the petitioner is residing at Kanuru Village, YSR Tadigadapa Municipality, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District having purchase the said house vide register sale deed in the year 1999. It is submitted that the drainage system which is ideally required to be provided by the respondent authorities have so far not laid any drainage and the water is overflowing on to the streets which is resulting in breeding of mosquitoes and other harmful insects. In that regard the petitioner submitted representations seeking attention of the respondent authorities. 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt. Sireesha Vallabhaneni, Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 on receipt of oral instructions, submits that the laying of drainage is subject to availability of funds and that the entire area does not have any underground drainage system and a comprehensive policy would have to be made by the Government in that regard. 3. Considering these submissions the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026 and 23.06.2026 and pass necessary orders 4 by duly serving copy of the same to the petitioner, with these observations the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
