Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief: “That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the representations i.e. Annexure P-2, P-3 & P-4 of the petitioner within time bound manner and transferred the petitioner against the available vacancy of TGT(NM) i.e. (1) GSSS Jawer (2) GHS Kuthera Kherla, District Una, (3) GMS Amro u/c GSSS Ambehra, GSSS Nagalkalan, (4) PM Shree GSSS Amb, (5) GMS Chougath Sanhal, u/c GSSS Proiankalan (6) GMS Nagarwala u/c GSSS Jadla Education Block Gagret-I District Una, H.P., in the interest of justice and fair play” 2. During the course of the arguments, the learned 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied in case his representation dated 15.11.2025 (Annexure P-4) addressed to the Director Elementary Education Officer Lalpani, Shimla, is directed to be decided by the respondents-State. 3. Consequently, the respondents are directed to decide the representation as filed by the petitioner positively within a period of three weeks from today. Before passing any order, the petitioner shall be personally heard in the matter and thereafter the order, if any, shall be passed and same shall be communicated to him. 4. Needless to say, that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case and the respondents are at liberty to take decision in accordance with law. 5.
