A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.06.2026 has directed the Secretary (Finance), Government of Uttarakhand to remain present before this Court through video conferencing and join the proceedings in order to explain that as to why the order of the Writ Court dated 31.12.2024 has not been complied with . 4. Mr. Dilip Jawalkar, Secretary (Finance), Government of Uttarakhand and Mr. Ravinath Raman, Secretary (School Education) has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. 5. They made a statement before this Court that now the order of the Writ Court dated 31.12.2024 has been complied with by passing order dated 08.06.2026 under the hand of Secretary (School Education). 6. The matter has now been fully settled. 7. The statement made by Mr. Dilip Jawalkar, Secretary (Finance), Government of Uttarakhand and Mr. Ravinath Raman, Secretary (School Education), who are present before this Court through video conferencing, is not 2 disputed by learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. 8.
