Sri Nagaraju Pullagura, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise submitted that, the petitioner has already shifted the existing shop to the proposed premises, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survives and the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner still
feels that the cause survives, he/she can move an appropriate application within two(02) months in accordance with law. No costs.
