The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issued a writ /or writs / order / or orders / to direct the respondents authorities, to grant the retrial dues to the petitioner and further be pleased to decide the representation (Annexure P/1), filed by the petitioner in the ends of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr.Patel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that father-in-law of the petitioner namely Shri late Dhaneshwar, who was an employee of the respondent/SECL, died on 14.02.2018. He would further submit that a representation was made to respondent No.2 on 15.01.2021 for release of retiral dues but till date, no decision has been taken. He would pray for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide it in accordance with law expeditiously. 3. On the other hand, learned counsels appearing for the respondents would oppose submissions. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Patel, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 15.01.2021 in 3 an objective manner strictly in accordance with the law preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
