The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 13.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 5 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 8, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 5 to 8, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.
