disposed of clarifying that in W.A.No.850 of 2026 we have not interfered with the order of the learned single Judge. So in the cases of the writ petitioners in W.P.No.17813 of 2026, the order dated 03.07.2026 providing that “the acquisition proceedings and consequential award that may be passed shall be subject to the final result of the writ petition”, shall continue, but subject to any further orders as may be passed by the learned single Judge in
