2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narahiya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 111, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have kidnapped three brothers. They initially demanded ransom of huge amount but have released the victims after taking Rs. 29,000/-.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.1.2026 and he is named in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused Parmeshwar Yadav.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
