This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, namely, Zakir Hussain @ Jakir Hussain, in connection with Mikirbheta P.S. Case No.100/2025, registered under Section 140(3) of the BNS, 2023. 3. The scanned copy of the Trial Court Record (TCR) has been received. Learned counsel for the parties have been heard. Upon perusal of the Trial Court Record and the evidence available on record so far, this Court is of the opinion that no prejudice or threat would be caused to the ongoing trial if the petitioner is granted the privilege of bail during the trial proceedings. 4. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of ₹20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to impose such conditions upon the petitioner as may be necessary to ensure his presence during the trial. 5. This bail petition stands disposed of.
