Vide order dated 17.11.2025, passed by Writ Court in WPMS No.3112 of 2025, Santoshi Devi vs. Union of India & Others, the Writ Court directed the Competent Authority to take a decision on the petitioner's representation, as per law, within six months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order dated 17.11.2025. 4. A copy of the order was supplied to the respondents by petitioner along with a copy of the representation dated 06.08.2025 with forwarding letter dated 25.11.2025. 5. Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed the respondent-Central Government Standing Counsel to take instructions in the matter. 6. Today, learned CGSC supplied the order dated 06.06.2026 to this Court, and the same is taken on record. On instructions, it is submitted by the learned CGSC/respondents-contemnors that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided by the Competent Authority, i.e., contemnor respondent no. 1, on 04.04.2026, a copy of which is annexed by the petitioner as annexure-3 to the contempt petition. 2 7. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representation has been decided by the Competent Authority in cursory manner and contrary to law. The respondent, after the direction of this Court to the learned CGSC, has again taken a decision, and the respondents/Competent Authority have again written a letter stating that the order dated 17.11.2025 has been complied with by this office. 8. In the opinion of this Court, since the representation has been decided by the respondents pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court dated 17.11.2025, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings. 9.
