This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Karnomoni Sarkar has prayed for releasing him on bail as he has been Page No.# 2/2 facing trial before the Court of the learned Special Judge, Sankardev Nagar, Hojai in NDPS Case No.34/2025. 3. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was seized from the possession of the petitioner. No witness has been examined by the trial court till now. 4. Let the trial court examine at least 4 (four) witnesses. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again.
