For the Petitioner :- Mr. Shiv Prasad Singh, Advocate
For the State
:- Mr. Bishwambhar Shastri, Advocate
---- 2/17.04.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.
2.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.344 of 2021, for offence registered under section 9 and 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 (as amended in the year 2006), pending in court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra, Jharkhand.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the petitioner has nothing to do with the deer skin. He next submits that allegations are there that the petitioner has fled away from the spot. On these grounds, he submits that the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there and deer skin has been recovered from the spot.
5. Considering that allegations are there against the petitioner of fleeing away from the spot and the deer skin measuring 38” x 26” was recovered and the photograph is also the part of the offence report, and in the attending facts and circumstance of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, and accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is, hereby, dismissed.
