Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State. By way of present application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed for revival of the execution petition. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the copies of office orders dated 16.03.2026 passed by Dy. Director of School Education (Elem.), Una, Distt. Una (H.P.) and Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Kangra at Dharamshala. The same are taken on record. A perusal of the ibid orders reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.09.2025, passed in CWP No. 14923 of 2025, titled, Mittal Kumar & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with. Accordingly, the application filed by the applicants/petitioners for revival of execution petition has rendered infructuous. However, it is made clear that in case the benefits emanating from the judgment, as reflected in the orders, taken on record, have not been released, the applicants/petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh application for revival of the execution petition.
