Also heard Mr. D P Goswami, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State respondent. It is submitted by Mr. Borah that charge-sheet has already been filed vide C.S. No. 295/2025 dated 30.11.2025. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below with an application of bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. The interim granted to the petitioner shall be extended till 15 (fifteen) days, enabling the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court below accordingly.
