Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that he will remove the defect(s) within four weeks and begs apology for inconvenience caused to the Hon’ble Court. He submits that no sooner the writ petition is restored, he will remove the defects. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this C.M.P. is allowed. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.7261 of 2019 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the defect(s) pointed out by the Registry must be removed within a period of three weeks, failing which, this order of restoration will not be given effect to. 4.
