No. 01/2026 i.e. an application for withdrawal of the petition with following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be allowed an application & petitioner seeks to liberty to persecute the trail as per decision passed by the in above case law & also petitioner would granted the liberty for precutting the application u/s 311,319 & 91 of CRPC same is required to consider & deiced by trail court as mentioned in para-2 in the present application in the interest of justice.” 3. Perusal of the cause-list further goes to show that the petition suffers from various defects as pointed out by the Registry. 4. Learned counsel for the State also submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter however, only FIR has been challenged in the present petition. 5. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if further cause of action arises. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
