Shantanagoudar, learned standing counsel for the respondents. 2. Smt.Anusha Nandish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has constructed a residential house in the year 2012 and the petitioner submits representations for regularization of the house so constructed. The representations not having met its consideration, has preferred this petition before this Court. 3. Sri Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for the respondents – BDA submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representations of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7303-DB WP No. 12538 of 2025 4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 22.02.202 and 10.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. c. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority shall also communicate the order that would be passed on the representation, to the petitioner. d. Till the consideration of the representation happens, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, qua the properties of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
