2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 85, 115(2), 3(5) and 89 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband and there are general and

omnibus allegation of torture and demand of dowry against all the family members and the other family members have been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the informant.

Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation of torture and demand of dowry against all the family members and other family members have been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner happened to be husband and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
