Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment.

Petitioners in this batch of writ petitions are working as Group-D Employees with respondent no.2- Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie, since 2011, 2012 and 2013 without any break. 1

Petitioners moved this Court by filing these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie, for grant of minimum pay-scale at par with Group-D Employees in the regular establishment.

Since they have been working for almost 13 - 15 years, for the said purpose, each of the petitioners has represented before the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie, by filing separate representations.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner those representations are still pending disposal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work and duties discharged by the petitioners are perennial in nature and their services are required by the respondent no.2-Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made an innocuous prayer, before this Court, that respondent no.2- Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie, be directed to decide the representations of the petitioner within a period of six weeks’ from the date of production certified copy of this
order.

There is no opposition from the side of the respondents counsel if such relief is granted to the petitioners.

Accordingly all the writ petitions are disposed of by directing respondent no.2-Nagar Palika Parishad, Mussoorie, to decide the representations of the petitioners within six weeks’, in accordance with law, by a speaking and reasoned order, sympathetically.
