In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribag to immediately dispose of Original Maintenance Case No. 63/2021 preferred by the petitioner which is pending after remand vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No. 1119 of 2022. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by the writ petitioner, the same stands disposed of with the observation that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribag shall endeavour to dispose of Maintenance Case No. 63/2021 expeditiously.
