Heard Sri Eathakota Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3. Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, states that second appeal has been received on 23.09.2025 and the same numbered as SA.No.11369. The appeal would be taken up for hearing as per its turn. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate application seeking for expeditious hearing of the appeal and on such application being filed, the 2nd respondent to consider the same. 4. In view of the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
