Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with affidavit of Vipul Thakur, Deputy General Manager of the applicants/ appellants, the same is allowed and the delay of 62 days in filing the appeal, which in my considered view has sufficiently been explained, is hereby condoned. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants stated that a sum of Rs.5 lacs has already been paid to respondents No.1 & 2 and this fact has been duly acknowledged by learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2. 10. Therefore, execution/operation of impugned award dated 28.08.2025, passed by the learned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, HP in case titled Mohinder Pal & ors. Vs. The CMD, SJVNL & ors., shall remain stayed during pendency of the main appeal, subject to deposit of the remaining entire awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest within a period of four weeks. 11.
