Pending the revision, the issue was referred to the Lok Adalat at Vijayawada vide Lok Adalat Case E.P.No.67 of 2024 in O.S.No.283 of 2022. The issue was settled before the Lok Adalat, and an Award was passed on 13.12.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent would collectively submit that, in view of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat on 13.12.2025, the cause in the revision petition does not survive. 5. Recording the same, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
