This contempt petition was registered on reference made by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur for non-compliance of order dated 07.01.1999 whereby, directions were given to promote the appellant before the Tribunal against vacancies of the year 1994-95 on the post of R.A.S. 2. Reply to the contempt petition has been filed by the respondents wherein, it has been stated that against the order dated 07.01.1999, the respondent-Department preferred S.B. Civil Writ Petition before this Court which came to be dismissed on 17.11.2003. However, order passed by the Single Judge was further challenged before the Division Bench by way of filing D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) which was also dismissed on 27.02.2017. It is stated that thereafter, the respondents have considered the matter of the petitioner for promotion and vide order dated [2026:RJ-JP:11457] (2 of 2) [CCP-1254/2023] 04.03.2023, promotion has been granted to the petitioner against the vacancies of the year 1994-95 on the post of R.A.S Officer and accordingly, consequential benefits have also been given vide order dated 01.06.2023. 3. In view of above, there is no case of deliberate and willful contempt hence, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is hereby, dismissed. 4.
