Heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 challenging the order dated 03.06.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.511 of 2019 in C.C.No.481 of 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tuni whereby and whereunder an application filed for sending documents to an expert was rejected.
On perusal of the Civil Court status, the Calendar Case itself has been ended in conviction vide judgment dated 16.06.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni.
Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
