Mr. Tajhar Qayyum, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel for the respondent-UPCL. 3. Petitioner applied for electricity connection by making application before Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited. Since electricity connection is not being issued to the petitioner, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to accept the Electricity form of the petitioner and to release a fresh Electricity connection in the name of the petitioner at the address on which connection is sought (i.e. Rukutt Compound, Mallital, Nainital) without any further delay, on such expenses or appropriate charges and fees as this Hon’ble may deems fit. 4. Learned Counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 2620 of 2025. 4. In view of consensus between the parties, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 11.09.2025 rendered in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 2620 of 2025.
