The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 69 and 89 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a married lady came in contact with the petitioner and with consent, they have established relationship in the year 2019 itself whereas FIR has been lodged on 18.01.2026. He further submits that several times they have met and the allegations are made that on the false pretext of marriage, petitioner has established relationship. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that on false pretext of marriage, the petitioner has established the relationship. 5. In the FIR itself, it has been stated that the informant is a married lady and she has separated from her husband and thereafter, she come into contact in 2019 and since 2019, they were in relationship and they have met at several places in between whereas the FIR has been lodged on 18.01.2026. Considering that a married lady has made the said allegation and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
