This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging deliberate and willful disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 09.01.2026, passed in WPSS No.81 of 2026, Shyam Charan Fuloria Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, whereby the petitioner was granted liberty to make a representation afresh within two weeks’ from the date of order dated 09.01.2026 and if such a representation is made to respondent no.2 in the writ petition i.e., Secretary (Finance) was directed to take a decision on the said representation within eight weeks’ from the date of receipt of such representation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation on 21.01.2026 to the respondent no.2, annexure no.3 to the contempt petition, but despite lapse of period of eight weeks’ the said representation has not been decided. 5. Today instructions have been produced by learned State counsel, which are taken on record, and on the basis of the said instructions learned counsel for the State submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner has now been decided and rejected vide order dated 03.06.2026, passed by Dr. V. Shanmugam, Secretary (Finance). 6. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with the decision taken by the respondent-Secretary (Finance) on his representation, the petitioner may challenge the said order before appropriate 2 Forum. 7.
