Sharma, former Judge of this High Court, who was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator in ARBR No. 49/2025 vide order dated 09.02.2026, informing that he intends to recuse from the said proceedings on the ground that he is recovering from a recent knee replacement surgery and is also facing urgent health concerns regarding his younger brother. 3. In view of the above, with the joint consensus of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to appoint Hon’ble Mr. Prabhat Shastri, a retired Judge of District Court, in place of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sharma, to be the Sole Arbitrator for resolving the dispute between the parties. 4.
