The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 99/2025, registered under sections 318(4)/338/336(3)/61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the truck having chasis number 373043MSQ129444 and registration number JH-08C-0523 which is in possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the chasis number and registration number of the said vehicle has been misused by another owner of the truck by carrying illegal bauxite. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. He then further submits that in identical situation one co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.320 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 2026:JHHC:10346 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1508 of 2026 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of changing chasis number and registration number of the vehicle. 5. Considering that petitioner is owner of the truck having chasis number 373043MSQ129444 and registration number JH-08C-0523 and it has been pointed out that the said vehicle is in possession of the petitioner and the chasis number and registration number of the said vehicle has been misused by another owner of the truck by carrying illegal bauxite and further petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition and in identical situation one co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S.
