She further submits that she would be satisfied if the first appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within a short stipulated period. In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petitioner is disposed of with the direction to the appellate authority to dispose of the first appeal preferred by the petitioner as regards his grievances within a period of 15 days.
