Petitioner through the medium of this petition seeks direction to the respondent No. 3 to conduct and conclude the enquiry pursuant to order dated 10th of June, 2024 within a period of four weeks and also seeks to direct the respondent No. 3 to file a time bound compliance report before the office of respondent No. 2. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 3 had been directed by the respondent-Joint Financial Commissioner, (Revenue) J&K, vide order dated 10th of June, 2024 in a Revision Petition against the Mutation No. 613 attested by Tehsildar Chanpora on 19th of November, 2012 for land measuring 2 kanals under Khasra No. 1628/830 situated at Bhagat-i-Barzulla, Srinagar wherein the Joint-Financial Commissioner directed to conduct a detailed enquiry so as to locate the Parat-Sarkar foil of impugned mutation and ascertain the official/s involved for not maintaining the records properly which will ultimately facilitate a proper disposal of the matter. 03. It is alleged that the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Srinagar has been delaying the matter in conclusion of the enquiry and, as such, the petitioner has approached this Court for appropriate directions and prayed that the petition be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No. 3-Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Srinagar to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks. 04. Having regard to the innocuous prayer made in this petition, this petition be disposed of at this motion stage, with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to conduct the enquiry as directed by respondent No. 2 vide order dated 10th of June, 2026, in the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of next four months. 05.
