4. Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 16.04.2026 passed by Joint Secretary, District Level Development Authority, Gopeshwar, Chamoli. The said
order has been passed under Section 14/15 of Uttarakhand Urban and Country Planning Development Act, 1973, whereby the structure raised by petitioner has been ordered to be demolished.
5. Perusal of the impugned order reveals that petitioner had erected the structure without seeking permission from the competent authority.
6. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner had not made any application seeking sanction for construction of the structure. She submits that petitioner was issued a notice by the competent authority, however, he did not respond to such notice.
7. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has remedy of filing revision before the competent authority,
2026:UHC:4545 therefore, he may be permitted to avail that remedy.

Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection if petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority.
9. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by permitting petitioner to avail such remedy, as is available to him in law.
