Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the FIR has been lodged against Shreekant Bansfor. He next submits that the petitioner has received a notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the petitioner has already replied to the said notice. 3. In view of the above, it transpires that apprehension of arrest is not there against the petitioner, as the petitioner is not named in the FIR. 4. As such, this petition is disposed of.
