Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The impugned order dated 31.03.2017 in F.C.O.P.No.127 of 2015 whereby and whereunder petition filed by a Christian husband against his wife for Restitution of Conjugal Rights was dismissed. 4. Petitioner has got an alternative efficacious remedy of filing an appropriate appeal challenging the order of the learned Family Court. Revision Case is not maintainable under Section 397 read with 401 of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ 5. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file appropriate application or appeal in accordance with law, if so advised.
